1. DEFINITIONS

1.4 “North Gaming Gear”/“We” shall be interpreted as North Gaming Gear and its affiliates.

1.5 “Websites” North Gaming Gear’ Websites, https://northgaminggear.com shall be used as all subdomains.

1.6 “Services” means our software products that are offered as a service and available as downloadable software on or through our Website.

2. INTRODUCTION

This Privacy Policy explains how we process Personal Information and how we use cookies on our Website and within our Services.

We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page, and if the changes are material, we will provide more prominent notice by posting notice on the Website, on our Services, or by sending you a notification via email. 3.1 Collection of Personal Data

3.1.1 Collection in General

When using the Website or our Services, the user is likely to submit Personal Data to NorthGamingGear.

NorthGamingGear collects Personal Data only on the basis that the user submits Personal Data through the Website or our Services, including through the user's web browser as described in Section 4 (Cookies and Other Data Collection Methods) below, and is aware of the user's submission in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

NorthGamingGear will never ask you to submit Sensitive Personal Data when using the Website or our Services.

NorthGamingGear does not knowingly collect Personal Data from users under the age of 13 without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we have collected Personal Data about a user under the age of 13 without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, we will delete such Personal Data as soon as possible. If you believe that we may have collected Personal Data regarding a user under the age of 13 without the express consent of a parent or legal guardian, please submit a request via mail.

3.1.2 Collection via YouTube Sharing

NorthGamingGear's YouTube sharing functionality uses YouTube API services. Use of this function is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.

We collect and store the following information about your account:

Access token sent by YouTube after authentication
Your account screen name to display in linked accounts
The URL of any video you've shared via Moment.
This data is stored locally on your PC and is not shared with any third party. You can remove this local data at any time by unlinking your account on NGG under SETTINGS > LINKED ACCOUNTS. You can also directly remove the Third-party app link by unlinking your YouTube account on this Google security settings page. For questions or concerns regarding the handling or deletion of your YouTube data, please submit a request by e-mail.

3.2 Use of Personal Data

NorthGamingGear uses Personal Data only for purposes compatible with users' submission of Personal Data. In this regard, NorthGamingGear uses the Personal Data collected to provide rich, interactive Services and products to our customers, to facilitate communication with our users and to provide users with a better experience when using the Website and our Services.

Situations where Personal Data is used are as follows:

When you place an order: Name, Email, Address, Billing information
When you register: Email, Username, Password
When you contact our support teams: Name, Email, order number
When you log in to our services
Your NorthGamingGear Username will be publicly accessible by anyone. You should refrain from using Personally Identifiable Information in your Username and do so at your own risk.

NorthGamingGear will only send Personal Data collected from users of the Website to our affiliates or third parties for the following reasons: if the processing of such data is necessary in accordance with our instructions and the Privacy Policy, if the user has consented to such transfer, if the user has requested such transfer (e.g. in the form of a request to process an order), if required or permitted by law or necessary to protect legal or other important interests.
As stated below, NorthGamingGear is not in the business of selling our users' Personal Data to third parties. 
From time to time, NorthGamingGear shares aggregated and de-identified data with our business partners. This aggregated and de-identified data is compiled and analyzed on an aggregate basis and we may share this aggregate information with our affiliates, agents and business partners.
NorthGamingGear retains your Personal Data only for as long as you have a profile in our digital ecosystem, unless further retention of your Personal Data is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party, for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or to protect the legitimate interests pursued by us.


3.3 Your rights regarding the processing of your Personal Data
You have certain rights regarding the Personal Data we hold about you, and you can exercise your rights by contacting us using the information provided below.
These rights include:
•    Receiving information about the processing of your Personal Data and access to the Personal Data we hold about you. Please note that there may be circumstances in which we have the right to refuse requests for access to copies of Personal Data by others for their right to privacy.
•    Request that we correct your Personal Data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
•    Request that we delete your Personal Data under certain circumstances. Please note that although you have asked us to delete your Personal Data, there may be situations where we need to preserve it for legal reasons. The User can actively delete Personal Data linked to the user profile on the Web Page by deleting this profile.
•    To object to the processing of your Personal Data in certain cases and to request that we restrict processing. Again, there may be circumstances where you would object to or request that we restrict our processing of your Personal Data, but we have the legal right to refuse this request.
•    In some cases, receive certain personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and/or request that we transmit this information to a technically feasible third party. Please note that this only applies to Personal Data you provide to us.
•    Where you withdraw your consent, it may still be lawful in some cases for us to continue processing without your consent if we have another legitimate reason for doing so (other than consent).
•    If you are a resident of the European Community and you believe that any of your rights have been violated by us, lodge a complaint on the Danish Data Protection Authority Website https://www.datatilsynet.dk/english.

Users can also choose to have NorthGamingGear use their data to personalize the Services. NorthGamingGear users have access to download the NGG Desktop Application, which provides direct access to our Services. Users can use the settings menu of the NGG Desktop Application to completely anonymize the data collected by NorthGamingGear to personalize the Services. By turning off this feature, you will lose access to personalized content on our Website and Services, alerts of new product announcements, and software betas and early access.


4. COOKIES AND OTHER DATA COLLECTION METHODS
4.1 Consent
NorthGamingGear uses cookies on the Website. You agree that whenever you visit or interact with our website, we automatically receive and save information from your browser in our server log files, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested.
NorthGamingGear also automatically receives and stores the following information when you interact with our Services:
•    Interaction Data. We collect interaction data that helps us improve our Products and Services. The purpose of this type of data is to help us understand how users use our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, information about which screens are interacted with and what features are used in the user interface while the Services are running.
•    Technical Data. We collect technical data about the services and supported devices you connect to our software (laptops or devices supported by NorthGamingGear accessories and our partners). For example, firmware or driver versions, software application version number, your operating system version, your country (but not IP address, city, or state), and your application ID will be collected. The application ID is a unique number that we randomly generate during installation. We cannot identify any individual user by this number alone: it just lets us know that each installation is unique.
•    Crash Reports and Error Logs. We send details of app crashes, hardware or firmware or driver update errors, and other error reports to help us identify issues our users are experiencing.

. Failure reports contain data about why our application or device failed and the state of device memory and execution at the time of the failure.
4.2 Placement and use of cookies
By using the Website, cookies are stored on the media used by the user to browse the Website. These cookies are used to provide the user with a better experience while browsing the Website and to collect certain information about the user to facilitate analysis of Website users. 
4.3 Management of cookies
NorthGamingGear informs Web Page users that the user can remove cookies via the user's preferred browser. Moreover, the possibility of storing and using cookies via the browser can be completely prevented by changing the browser settings.
NorthGamingGear recommends users to consult the relevant user guide of the selected browser so that users can adjust their browser cookie settings as desired.
4.4 Online advertising
We do not serve third party advertisements when using the Website. However, we work with advertising partners to serve NorthGamingGear advertisements on third-party publisher Websites and these partners may set cookies on your computer's web browser. Cookies allow our partners to recognize your computer and thus allow the ad server to show you NorthGamingGear ads elsewhere on the internet.

We take measures to protect your Personal Data. When you submit Personal Information through the Website, your Personal Information is encrypted and transferred to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking at the lock icon on your browser or by looking at the “https://” at the beginning of the address of this Web Page. In addition, the servers on which we store Personal Information are kept in a secure environment.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information.
