Payment
We accept payment via most major credit or debit cards, PAYTR (Türkiye only).
You can pay safely and conveniently with your credit card via Northgaminggear.com. We have partnered with Turkey's leading payment service provider PayTR to handle your credit card information safely. We do not store your credit card information.
Transfer
All orders ship within 24 business hours (except holidays and unless otherwise stated at checkout). All customers are given a tracking number so that the package can be tracked throughout the entire shipping process.
For shipments within the US and EU, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. For all other shipments, please allow 7-10 business days.
Free shipping is only valid for Turkey.
United States and Canada packages will be shipped via FedEx. For packages going to countries in Europe, United Parcel Service (UPS) or General Logistics Systems (GLS) will be used. DHL will be used for shipments to Asia and Oceania.
Cancellation and Changes
Please verify your order information as we cannot make changes once your order has been processed for shipment to our warehouse. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Alternatively, you can log into your NorthGamingGear account and cancel the order from the order dashboard. If you would like to add to the order or request different products, please place a new order. In many cases, it may be too late to cancel your order. In this case, the best thing to do is to wait for your package to be delivered and proceed with the return process.
Customs Duties
In some cases, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees when you order from northgaminggear.com. Please check with your local customs office for local rules and regulations.
Shipments to Canada will include all customs fees and taxes included in the final amount added at checkout.
Pricing, Gift Certificate, Discount and Price Errors
NorthGamingGear reserves the right to cancel or adjust any order where a price error is found. Additionally, any promotions, sales or discounts may end at any time without notice.
Coupons and discounted gift certificates cannot be used with products that have existing discounts applied to them, unless stated otherwise.
Campaigns and Offers
We do not have the ability to activate any payment codes after the order is completed. The payment code must be activated at checkout for it to be valid.
Guarantee
The warranty only covers product defects resulting from manufacturing. Wear and tear, including but not limited to breakage due to abuse, mishandling, water damage, or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process, is not covered. The warranties given to the products are as follows:
• United States and Asian countries: 1 year warranty on all products.
• EU countries and Türkiye: 2 year warranty on all products.
• Spain and UK: 3 year warranty on all products.
Local Law
All products are subject to local warranty regulations. If your country is not listed, please check with your local distributor or dealer.
